Service & Pricing Modifications:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, or discontinue the service (or any part, or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

Charm City Cigars shall not be liable to you, or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Shipping:

Shipment processing times for all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped, or delivered on weekends, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, or telephone. 

We do not change addresses unless you request for it to be changed. Be sure to verify that you input the correct address and email. If your address cannot be verified, then your order will be canceled. 

If a package is shown as delivered via USPS or UPS, but has been stolen from your residence, you must file a claim with your local post office, or UPS store. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us. 

Charm City Cigars will not be responsible for your custom fees.
